How does 24-Hour Monitoring Work?

• In the event of an emergency, the ADT home alarms system will send an alert to one of ADT’s monitoring centers.
• The monitoring center will attempt to contact the homeowner via phone and will notify local authorities if the homeowner cannot be reached.
• Once local authorities are notified, officers can be dispatched to the home to respond to any emergencies.
